Recently had the pleasure of getting our complete interior work done with 99 Windows. They are a young dynamic team lead efficiently by Mugdha. They have taken care of everything right from the inception/ ideation, selection to execution effortlessly. They have proficient supervisors for each site with Mugdha meticulously overseeing the process at every stage. Their biggest quality is that they are team with a “enabler” attitude- they try to fit all your requirements and wishes in a timely and financially sound manner. They treat every project as their own home and strive to give perfect results and outcomes in all facets of interior work- the supervision team is effectively supported by a great set of carpenters, astute electricians, and adept plumbers. I highly recommend them for any and every architectural/ interior requirement. They are truly a one-stop one-shop full service provider who go above and beyond even after project completion and handover- to smoothen out any kinks and even accommodate additional requests as much as possible. A very professional team led by Mugdha, they presented us with all the right design options matching to our taste.
The design team is creative and the implementation team is prompt in execution. We never faced any issue and the project was handed over on time. Writing this review three months after moving in.

Good Professional Team. They are an energetic team of young guys bubbling with new ideas. Very articulate and detailed. Never complained about rework in designs or during execution. Budgeting is detailed to the last unit and every cost incurred is well budgeted in advance.
Promoter Ms Mugdha is a dream merchant. Trust her at designing level and she will give shape and form to your dreams. Her understanding of clients concepts is as if she can read mind of a client.
At an execution level three critical aspects were extremely well attended to.
A. Adherence to plan. Output appeared exactly as per drawings and plans. Built to scale to the last inch.
B. Adherence to cost budgets. In a project of this magnitude errors in calculations or cost escalations are normal. But to our delight absolutely no cost escalation.
C. Scientifically planned GAANT chart ensured timely achievement of milestones and consequently achievement of delivery of project within timelines.

"We had a wonderful experience working with 99 windows. They do lot of ground work of gathering all our requirements, tastes, etc. and then come up with a design.
And the design they came up with after all the discussions we had was very impressive. We can witness this in the finished product which they have delivered, very well appreciated by family, friends and relatives alike.
They have made it so beautifully that we feel like being at our home 24*7.
All throughout the work, we had a point of contact for all the queries always, also Mugdha (owner and chief architect) was always available for all the questions & doubts.
Estimates they gave on Day 1 before starting work was very accurate and it was almost exact when the work got completed which shows the homework they did earlier before starting the work, this is the most impressive point about their work.
We got all the help needed in selection of all the materials, laminates etc, the team was readily available.
We are also getting support for all adhoc work even after handover. All in all the team is very dedicated, hard working and honest.
Kudos to 99 Windows !!! And a BIG BIG thank you to the entire team for helping us build our dream home :)
