We are an Architectural and Interior designing firm based in Mumbai, established in year 2013. Our passion is to transform your dreams about your spaces into reality which will last for a life time or even more.


We have successfully completed number of projects with great appreciation from our clients. We are very proud of our acheivements and will always keep looking for more and more.


We have got a team of young and dyamic designers, supervisors along with skilled contractors who get the various jobs done at the site to which we call a war-field. We understand the value of time and try to acheive the timeframe for each project.

Greetings for the day. :-)

I have done B.Arch from University of Mumbai in year 2007. Started my professional career with Shashi Prabhu and Associates, Mumbai.

Gathered valuable practical work experience with Space Designers, Pune, Vivek Bhole Architects Pvt Ltd., Mumbai. With Interior designing as my passion and running a business as family tradition, ventured for 99Windows in 2014. Innovation and quest for perfection is my forte.

I have done M.sc. B.Ed. in year 1976. I got a wonderful opportunity to work for Govt. of Maharashta as Direct recruit as Class 1 grade through public service commission in 1984. Later on took VRS and started with new ventrue in the  industry of printing and publications. I successfully ran a famous Marathi magazine for 25 years. Now I am the co-founder of 99 windows from 2014 working as commertcial and execution head.  I am extremely workoholic and love to take on new challenges in life.

Constraints unique to site, climate, regulatory environment, budget and client - all put together - form a unique language which makes every project special. It is expressed at all scales and through all disciplines, from a light switch, to structural systems and to landscaping.

We meet you and gather all the requirements you want to have in your space, we prepare layout options based on initial inputs.

In the second meeting we freez on final layout based on which we set an estimate according to the budget. 

The Design process starts after final agreement in which each and every detail of each corner of the space is shown in 3D view format and fialised only after inputs over the same.

The finalised 3D views then converted to various working drawings to handover to the contractors an supervisors who get the actual work done on the site. 

 

With sincere efforts, regular inspections, quality checks and weekly visits with you on site the final and desired handover is given in committed time.
