A. Adherence to plan. Output appeared exactly as per drawings and plans. Built to scale to the last inch.
B. Adherence to cost budgets. In a project of this magnitude errors in calculations or cost escalations are normal. But to our delight absolutely no cost escalation.
C. Scientifically planned GAANT chart ensured timely achievement of milestones and consequently achievement of delivery of project within timelines.

"We had a wonderful experience working with 99 windows. They do lot of ground work of gathering all our requirements, tastes, etc and then come up with a design.
And the design they came up with after all the discussions we had was very impressive. We can witness this in the finished product which they have delivered, very well appreciated by family, friends and relatives alike.
They have made it so beautifully that we feel like being at our home 24*7.
All throughout the work, we had a point of contact for all the queries always, also Mugdha (owner and chief architect) was always available for all the questions & doubts.
Estimates they gave on Day 1 before starting work was very accurate and it was almost exact when the work got completed which shows the homework they did earlier before starting the work, this is the most impressive point about their work.
We got all the help needed in selection of all the materials, laminates etc, the team was readily available.
We are also getting support for all adhoc work even after handover. All in all the team is very dedicated, hard working and honest.
